Positive: Beautiful and clean. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk down to the waterfront. Fantastic views. Will definitely return and have already recommended to friends.

Negative: The only downside was the building itself; the elevators don’t have air conditioning, and the area outside gets extremely hot, which made getting in and out a bit uncomfortable. I know this isn’t something that’s managed by the homeowners, but it’s worth mentioning.
