Disappointing luxury stay Positive: The views. Out door area. Negative: Hygiene. All drawers had cockroaches running over the utensils. Cooking facilities were not optimal, stove top element didn't work. Lacking essential equipment, vegetable peeler. A sandwich maker would be helpful. No iron available, empty box. Shower floor was dirty, air conditioners blowing dust. Outdoor area floor was dirty. Soft furnishings full of dust. Pools were freezing. BBQ did not function correctly. Toilet seat, shower head were broken and the fans covered in dust. This was reported within 24 hours and promptly addressed by the staff. Upstairs room did not function well as a bedroom. The TV and light from downstairs prevented sleeping.

A great home away from home. Positive: The property was very clean, roomy and wonderfully decorated. The whole layout of the home was open and we had wonderful views overlooking Darwin city on one side and sunsets over the other side. Negative: It was fantastic. Can't think of anything else that would be needed.

The team said it was amazing
